Well-equipped kitchen is open to the cozy dining area. From the kitchen you enter the well-appointed living room with DVD player, Hi-fi system with CD player. In the living room you will also find a nice wood stove and PC workplace. The house is equipped with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, all with double beds. Furthermore, a large separate room with double bed and sofa bed and direct access to the 3rd bathroom with shower. The house is very energy friendly as there is a heat pump both for pool water and for space heating. On the plot are several sheltered tiled terraces with garden furniture and for the children: sandpit / play tower with slide / swing / seesaw and football goal. Free final cleaning!
