This detached tiny house is located in the recently opened holiday park Marina Strandbad, 1.7 km from the small town of Olburgen. Marina Strandbad is located on the banks of Het Zwarte Schaar, almost directly on the river IJssel, 20 km southwest of the Hanseatic city of Zutphen. This nice, pleasant tiny house is finished with lots of wood and features a clever layout; small is beautiful! You will have lots of comforts but no unnecessary luxury; a wonderful stay for four people. The living room offers a TV and a nice pellet stove. This immediately provides a homely atmosphere. There is also an open 2-person closet-bed, set up as a bunk bed.. The open kitchenette includes a microwave. Via a relatively steep staircase in the living room, you will first reach the closet-bed and then the sleeping loft with a double bed. Downstairs, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Outside you’ll have a furnished terrace at your disposal. Together with the other tiny houses, the tiny house is located in a courtyard with shared facilities like lounge sofas and various hammocks. You park your car near the tiny house. At holiday park Marina Strandbad, various holiday homes and tiny houses can be booked for two to six people. The holiday park is under development. It’s possible that there will be construction work during your stay. Any inconvenience will be kept to a minimum as much as possible.
